I often compare Design Sprints to a cooking recipe, too.

Which means:

  • sometimes, the normal recipe is exactly what you need, and it saves you a ton of time thinking and prepping

  • sometimes, you just need to spice things a little bit up

  • sometimes, you don't want to eat cookies again but want to create another meal from scratch.

So when I see that there are two very strong opposing clans that say:

  • Design Sprints are bullshit

  • Design Sprints are the solution to everything

The Swiss guy (you know we like our neutrality) in me likes to play in the middle.
