Are there enough service design jobs out there? A very good question. And the one that comes often again and let me tell you that. It's hard to get data about that, but there is a lovely experiment that is going on, which is the service design jobs.com. And if you just go on it right now, today, it's written on it that at the moment there are hundred 62 open service design jobs and more than 400 4,000 archive service design jobs.

And they are listed from 61 countries. There are a lot of service design jobs and these are just jobs where they clearly mentioned the title service design. This doesn't cover all the service design mindset jobs where the the name and the title might be a little bit different. So in my opinion, there is.

Pretty good amount of service design jobs out there. And if we go a bit in detail, that's something that Mark Fontaine shared a few weeks ago. Basically, looking at the data of the service design jobs website, he saw that nearly one new services and job opening comes out per day in the United Kingdom. So this gives you a bit of a feeling that we might think there is not so much going out, going on out there, but if you really look at it over time, that there are pretty good opportunities, especially if you think it, you think about it in this way, which is, these are just the jobs listed on one website, and these are just the jobs found with the title service designer somewhere in there.

Imagine how many more opportunities there are there for service design practitioners, are flexible enough to work in a job title that is a bit different than the word that they love to use, but which has the same mindset. Good news, there is a lot of possibilities out there for service designers.

And, for that, I just want you to remember you, or to remind you, that there is this lovely website, servicedesignjobs. com, you should definitely go check it out and... What's lovely is you can find them also by each country. So it gives you a sense if you want to relocate, which countries are quite interesting.

And then you have also very interesting reports like the career report or the salary report, which gives you insights about how much service designers get usually paid. Very interesting pieces of information there for you.
