As at the time, we haven't much distance with our usage of AI, and there isn't regulation about the usage of AI, I believe the one thing that is very practical and down to earth that we can do is to share openly when we're using AI.
In my own work, I now disclose:
When I use AI
What type of AI tool I used
And the level of use it was: is it fully based on AI, or did AI provide a first shitty draft
When the work is only done by me, I don't disclose that as I feel this is just what people expect normally.

This was inspired by Strategic Designer Krasi Bozhinkova when she shared a story by FastCompany where they asked the studio Artefact to imagine three prototypes that could inspire others. One of which was simple labels:
