My two cents

  1. Specialized tools: These tools are specifically designed to build journey maps or service blueprints. Notable mentions are Smaply, TheyDo Custellence

  2. Whiteboard and sticky note tools: Regular paper sticky notes, Miro, Mural, etc.

  3. Hijacked kanban tools: These tools are not at all built for making a service blueprint but they are pretty good nevertheless: Notion, Trello


My personal favourites are Notion to build very structured service blueprints and Miro, when I want to create service blueprints that are visually rich and appealing.
