My two cents
Here are a few tips I use to help participants stay focused during presentations and to keep them engaged:
Ask participants to close their laptops (on-site meetings)
Ask participants to put their cameras on (remote meetings)
Have a change every 5 minutes at least: It can be a change of speaker, a change of type of content (video, GIF, text, image), a new type of interaction (speaking, reflection break, a breakout in subgroups, questions. etc.) or a change of tone (serious, humour).
