A bit of context
Koos is one of those consultancies that is very much focused on service design – so much that the company has the term in its name.
Koos sees itself as ‘a group of friends, each with specific skills’. These friends want to ‘motivate each other to be brave, discover, challenge, make mistakes, learn, create, and play.’ This is maybe why Koos defines itself as the ‘playhouse of service design’.
The company was created in 2009 and, at the time of writing, has 30 employees distributed in Lisbon and Amsterdam.
