What I like about it
The first thing I particularly like about this process is its simplicity. Three steps is definitely an easy structure to remember.
The second aspect that I really like is that the process shows that each step is about making a transformation. The first step is about transforming "Analysis" into "Insights", or as its written in the process "Analysis Becomes Insights". The second step is "Insights Become Ideas", and the third "Ideas Become Products". These very short description make it clear with what you start the the process, and what is the end deliverable.
As a few other design processes do, this process by the team at Frog also shows examples of activities you can perform during each step. This helps answer the question that many might have after reading the title and description: "But how the hell do I get there?".

I found the picture of this process in an article called "Design Thinking In Action" by Charlotte Chapman. In this article Charlotte shares her notes and thinking after following a workshop on November 17th, 2016 to ran by frog design during the Stanford Innovation Week on the topic of "Remaking Transportation"
