🤔 What’s a smart way to illustrate a Service Design Principle?

In short: take three photos, one from far away to give the context, one near and one zoomed in the part that makes the experience great or bad.

Taking a picture of the experience you went through that inspired a Service Design Principle is smart.

What’s even smarter is to shoot three photos:

  1. A wide shot: that shows the full context

  2. A medium shot: that shows the specific element of the experience or interaction that inspired you

  3. A close up shot: that shows this element in much more details

By having these three photos you are following a classical way to tell a story that is used in journalism or cinema where you first establish the scene and then slowly zoom in on the particular element.
