A bit of context

As the UK government did it, the Digital Tranformation Agency of Australia also has published what they call the Digital Service Standard criteria.


What I like about it

It's hard to say if the Australian standard came before the UK one, and frankly I don't really care.

What I find interesting is that two countries took inspiration from one another to create a set of standards to ensure their services work as they should. I think many organizations could follow such an inspiration and adapt the standard to their particular context and use them as a sort of checklist that helps to verify the quality of a service.
