A bit of context

The KUER model is the result of an extensive research (three-year qualitative study, and 50 experts involved) that looks at 24 influencing factors in order to answer the following questions: Where are the barriers to implementing service design projects and where are the optimisation potentials? And are there any influencing factors that service designers should consider in future projects?

What I like about it

  • interventions

  • alignement at the end

  • two level of depth

The original article where this model comes from was written by Tina Weisser and was part of the Touchpoint Vol. 12 No. 1 - Embracing change. You can read the article online on the Service Design Network website.
